Product Endorsement

It's time again for me to pimp out some yummy lo-cal, lo fat, lo - all of the good stuff foods yet again. I feel this is my duty since scrumptious treats that don't wrack you with guilt are hard to come by these days. When I find one I am oh so excited and love to spread the word. Look out for a delish chocolate surprise towards the bottom of the cone. Here it is:

Skinny Cow Ice Cream cones- They RAWK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One word of caution is if you eat 3 or them in one sitting it defeats the purpose.

lol.... I can't eat ice cream at ALL when I am trying to lose weight- I absolutely cannot control my intake so, I either buy something I hate (yeah, right) for Jim or nothing at all.....or, I throw caution to the wind and buy it on sale and eat it til its gone....tomorrow is another day....

Thank you for spreading the word about these fantastic treats! I'm an ice cream fanatic and when I found these a few summers ago, I thought I was in heaven. I'd like to promote another fantastical treat - No Pudge Fudge. I know it is in Trader Joes, but not sure about other stores on the island. The story is - it is a no fat brownie mix... you make it with non fat vanilla yogurt (I recommend Stoneyfield Farms Vanilla, because it doesn't have artificial sweetner). The brownies turn out gooey and delish. Brownies and ice cream... my two favorite treats!

I am a dairy fanatic, but am married to a lactose-intolerant dairy phobe. I can actually compromise with these two awesomely delicious low-cal treats:

Tofutti Cuties (a mini ice cream sandwich that's 100 cals a pop)

Sweet Nothings Fudge Bars (also 100 cals a pop)
