Muffin Top

Blaaaaaagh I have one!!! Having 2 kids in 2 years has left me with a crusty, doughy mid section and I'm stressing on it. Going to the beach today with an 8 month pregnant friend whose probably smaller than I ever was isn't helping matters. Anyway, I'm 6 weeks postpartum and, much to my dismay, allowed to exercise now so tonight I start back at the gym. I am taking over Marc's membership that he hasn't used in 3 months so he can stop feeling guilty about not going and I can start. We'll see what I have left in my trouble spots when I lose the finally 14 pounds that I need to unload and then I'm going to start thinking about a "mommytuck".

I think I've mentioned this before but how did I get so old?????

"Do you know what you're having"

is currently the most frequently asked question around these parts. Answer= No. But we will find out soon enough and I'll post the answer here for all to see.

The question that comes in at a close second as most frequently asked is "Do you have names picked out yet?". Answer= No. But we are getting close. We now have the girls named narrowed down to 2 and the middle name set and the boys name narrowed down to 2 with no middle name in sight. I'm thinking this child will come when it sees we've decided on a name that it actually likes since we're on about name 8 at this point. There are at least 6 points in this pregnancy over the last month or so where if the child was born it would have a different name than what it might get now. Why does it have to be so hard? Why can't they name kids in the hospital sequentially like they do with hurricanes? I could live with Rita or Hugo if I knew everyone had the same chance as my kids of getting a craptastic name. Again, this should all play out soon enough and I'll post the answer here for all to see.

And just for good measure, the 3rd most frequently asked question is "How are you feeling?". Answer= I'm actually feeling pretty good. Thanks for asking ;-).

I'm putting this out here on "the internets" so the whole wide world knows b/c I really do think y'all care. Please don't tell me if I'm mistaken because at this point my fragile mood can't handle it.

Elephants

now have my most undying respect and admiration. Not only do they birth a 265 pound baby elephant but they a have a 22 month gestation period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just can't fathom..... Major props go out to Mrs. Dumbo and all of her sisters.

Here I am 8 months pregnant and already writing up the eviction notice for Jr. Everyone keeps telling me it's good that the baby stay in there as long as it needs to but guess what folks....I just don't see it that way. We've officially reached the threshold where it is better for us all if I become a single occupancy person once again. Alright, Alright, I'm considered full term in one week so I'm willing to give "shim" that much more time in there. After that bring on the castor oil and nipple tweaking because it's so on!!!!!
