I met Cous Cous and the woman who introduced me to it ;-). I haven't lost any weight this week b/c of it in spite of running a grand total of 20 miles so far this week. Biggest Loser cookbook my ass. Granted no one told me to eat 3 servings at a time, for 2 meals a day but the whole cous cous= weight loss myth is a bunch of bullshit.

Oh yeah... the magic number for cous cous is: 1/2. Half a cup. That's it. Get used to it.
Last night I had noodles with peanut sauce, so don't worry, I've out-not-lost-anything-this-week'ed you.
"morecheese"! That's hilarious! I believe there is something with the planets this week that is causing women to eat more carbs than normal this week. I can't get enough pasta!
